Missing Mom

Love, hate, anger, sorrow,

Yes, we’ll talk to you tomorrow.

Always there, never far,

Sure, you lent out your old car.

Now because of little brother,

We never hear from our dear Mother.

  4. Thanks for linking up with Trifextra this weekend. I like the sing-song voice this response takes. I, too, would like to hear more of this story. Hope to see you back again soon.

  5. I can't decide if little brother has made off with the car making it impossible for Mom to travel, or if something horrible happened because of little brother.

  6. Reminds me of the Little Willie poems. Something deliciously horrid always happened, but stated in such a low key way, you always wondered if you'd understood it correctly. Well done.
